Welcome to ERİKA TRAVEL. These Booking Conditions outline the professional agreement between you and our consultancy. By finalizing a booking, you acknowledge and accept our legal standing and the terms governing our premium Turkey excursions.
BOOKING/CANCELATION POLICIES
Reservation Procedure: To begin your journey, please submit your travel requirements to ERİKA TRAVEL. Our expert consultants will respond within 24 hours with customized travel proposals, including accommodation details and sightseeing highlights. To secure your reservation, a 30% deposit of the total package value and copies of all traveler passports are required. Your official confirmation voucher will be issued within 72 hours of payment receipt.
Credit Card Protocol: To ensure maximum security, clients are requested to formalize the credit card payment authorization upon receipt. This must be accompanied by a valid form of legal identification, such as a passport or driver’s license, following the transaction processing. Any applicable surcharges will be disclosed prior to the finalization of the purchase.
Bank Wire Transfer: Payments may be facilitated through our corporate accounts. A designated consultant will provide comprehensive banking details and procedural guidance. Please be advised that published rates exclude bank intermediary fees or transaction charges; clients are responsible for ensuring the full settlement of all associated transfer costs.
Cancellation Obligations
All formal notices of cancellation must be submitted in writing to ERİKA TRAVEL. We assume no liability for the cancellation of independent airfare, accommodation, or ancillary services reserved directly by the client. The following standardized penalty schedule applies to all land-based packages and custom itineraries:
Notice Period Prior to Arrival:
45 days or more: 10% service fee of the total contract value
45-30 days: 35% non-refundable deposit of the total contract value
30-20 days: 50% of the total contract value
20-0 days: 100% of the total contract value
* Bespoke and tailor-made programs are subject to specialized contractual conditions.
* You will be informed about Non Refundable services before booking and will be %100 NONREFUNDABLE after booking time if there is any!
Should a traveler need to depart a tour post-commencement due to medical emergencies, a formal physician's certificate is required to facilitate insurance claims. We are unable to offer partial refunds for unutilized services, including missed culinary arrangements or pre-purchased admission entries.
Transportation tickets (including flight, ferry, and rail) are excluded from the standard cancellation schedules. Once ticketing is finalized, any subsequent modifications or cancellations will incur a 100% forfeiture of the ticket value, in addition to standard service fees. Electronic travel documentation and flight credentials are generally dispatched 21 days prior to departure. Physical vouchers, regional maps, and ground transportation tickets will be presented by our representatives upon your arrival in Turkey.

Our professional quotes are exclusive of international airfare to and from the starting point of the itinerary. We recommend that clients secure their air travel independently via reputable carriers or wholesalers, providing you with maximum oversight and real-time control over your transit schedule.

What type of transportation is used on tours?
